The brilliant
concept
is four bungalows, one in each corner of a square, with
minimum
two side ventilation, corner garden and with a 20 feet
road which runs semi-underground and connects the
Quadralets and also houses the semi-underground carparking
facility with individual parking for every bungalow.
The living, dining and the ground floor bedroom
of the Quadralet overlooks the garden.
